Dr. Kristy Ontiveros
Founder & CEO
Dr. Ontiveros has been practicing emergency medicine for 18 years. She expanded her medical practice to Biote after heavy research and experiencing the exceptional results herself. That's why she opened True Essentia.

She wanted others to have that significant improvement in quality of life. This means more energy, improved mental clarity, better sleep, and improved libido.
Dr. Ontiveros also manages multiple hospices, rehab facilities, nursing homes, and is also a flight medical director. Her goal is to make our community better on every level.
When she isn't working, Dr. Ontiveros enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Susan Martinez
Medical Assistant
Susie has been in the medical industry for 21 years and has been a part of the True Essentia Biote Family since February of 2019. She is inspired to care for people, and plans to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse.
A memory that sticks with her from her childhood is visiting her grandfather in a nursing home. She grew very close to other residents and played games with them during their lunch time. Susie knew at a young age that she was truly passionate about making others comfortable and happy.
Susie now loves what she does because she has a special place in her heart for the elderly community.

In her free time, Susie spends time with her granddaughter and watches her youngest play sports.
